Assalamualaikum & Good Morning,
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
Bismillahirrahmanirrahim.
Today is Thursday, March 29, 2018. The time right now is 0733AM. If you see the time that I mentioned is not tally with the time published, it means the time is not synchronize - Google Server time with my PC time. It's normal. Don't say I am a liar. Haha.
Well, this is my very first entry. The idea to create this blog is to give me access to my notes, tutorials, knowledge sharing, training, workshop etc. wherever I am & whenever I need them. As well as to share my skills & experiences in telco industry with all the readers out there. See how generous I am :)
Over years, I've been put my notes everywhere and when it comes to the time that I need it, I can't/ hardly find it - unable to retrieve it. Such a waste. So I've found this platform very useful to centralize (like Data Center) to my notes & others stuff of what I'm doing in my life. You guys might ask, if you really want it to be safe, accessible wherever you are, why don't you just upload it in the cloud storage, like Dropbox, Google Drive etc? My answer lies on two things. First, I want it to be accessible quickly & easily as I type in the browser rather than have to download it on my mobile/ tablet (my web experience almost 80% with tablet). Secondly, I want to share with the hope some of you can correct me in the comment if any of my posts are not true/ confusing or at least just give some feedback about my post. As I mentioned earlier, this blog is merely my own notes of self-study, not a copy paste from other pages. Sometimes my understanding slightly different so let's enlighten together.
Despite I'm excited to start blogging in the coming days, I still skeptical about my intention. I mean, whether I can maintain it or not. Hopefully it wont last for a few entry only. It's all depends on my time as well as my mood of typing. If life isn't so hectic, then I'll try to keep posting. At least four posts per month (consider one post per week).
Talking about my personality trait, I'm a simple guy, dedicated, energetic, self-motivated, fast learner, passionate (job-oriented), punctual, reliable & countable on what I've been assigned to, team work & capable of keep team working together, organized, honest, outgoing, helpful, hardworking, co-operative, adaptable to ever-changing career environment, flexible, perfectionist etc... opss, enough.. that's excessive.. haha :)
Having ten years experience in telecommunication industry ranging from sub-con (e.g Elabram & Privasia) to multiple vendors (ZTE, Huawei & Ericsson), and Operators (P1 & TM) give me multi-layers of working environment & widely exposed to variety of system deployed, hardware & software used as well as their varies methods & approaches (SOP - Standard Operating Procedure).
Among the softwares & systems that I'm familiar with such as: Nemo Analyze, Nemo Xynegy, ITK, AMOS & Business Object, Nemo Outdoor, GENEX Probe, GENEX Assistant, TEMS Investigation 11, ZXTPOS CNT & CNA, Accuver (X-CAL & X-CAP), PCTEL Scanner (Seagull MX) & FSR, Atoll (Plot & Simulation), MapInfo, Actix Map, Netnumen M30 & M31, NMT, OMCR, CRMS, Nastar, PRS & U2000 (U2K).
I am also excellent in Microsoft Excel (with advanced training course completed), average in Microsoft Access and good in Microsoft Visio (designing diagram for my project presentation) and Microsoft Project (keeping my project on track & organized). The jewel of these, I am certified of CCNA, MCDST & Huawei professional course. Meaning that I can troubleshoot all Windows platform problems professionally (I mean with cert.) e.g hardware & software as well as good in setup network like IP configuration, CCTV installation, system admin, setting up firewall for CISCO switch/ router etc.
My goal in the next 5 years is to be a team lead/ senior engineer holding an important roles in the company that I work for. Currently I'm working on several freelance projects while actively job seeking. My last project with Huawei U Mobile ended December last year (due to contract ends).
I think that enough for the intro. My next post will be coming soon. In the meantime, you may find me in the social media FB by the name of "Jakun Tarantula".
